7th Pay Commission: Great news for central employees, know details here

7th Pay Commission:

Today is a very important day for the central employees. According to the news, after increasing the dearness allowance of central employees by three percent, today the central government can take a big decision regarding their fitment factor. According to reports, the cabinet meeting is going to be held today.

In this meeting, the central government can announce to increase the fitment factor of central employees. In fact, there is already pressure on the government to increase the fitment factor.

It is worth noting that the fitment factor plays an important role in the salary received by the employees. The fitment factor decides the basic salary for all central government employees. After increasing the fitment factor, there is a possibility of a big increase in the salary of central employees.

If the government increases the fitment factor, the basic salary of the employees will increase. Central government employees’ unions have been demanding for a long time to raise the minimum wage from Rs 18,000 to Rs 26,000 and increase the fitment factor from 2.57 times to 3.68 times.

If this is increased to 3.68 per cent, then the minimum salary of the employees will increase by Rs 8,000. This means that the minimum salary of central employees will increase from Rs 18,000 to Rs 26,000. At present, central employees are getting salary on the basis of 2.57 percent under the fitment factor.

If the central government accepts this demand, then there will be a tremendous increase in the minimum salary of central employees. It is worth noting that the last time the fitment factor was increased was in the year 2016. The 7th Pay Commission was also implemented in the same year. At that time the minimum salary of the employees had gone straight from Rs 6000 to Rs 18,000. Now the government can increase the salary of central employees again this year.
