Baba Siddique’s Iftaar party was attended by many big Bollywood names. While Baba has always upped the ante on his Iftaar every year, this year the celebrations were much more extravagant. Who is Baba Siddique?
Baba Ziauddin Siddique, born 13 September in Patna is an Indian politician who was a Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) of the state of Maharashtra in India for the Vandre West Vidhan Sabha Constituency.
He was the MLA for three consecutive terms in 1999, 2004 and 2009, and had also served as a Municipal Corporator earlier for two consecutive terms (1992–1997). He is known for arranging grand Iftar party at his residence.
Baba Siddique Iftaar Party
Baba Siddique hosts an Iftaar party in the month of Ramzan every year. It was on a hold for two years due to the epidemic bit this year’s party was extravagant. It was of course attended by various Bollywood celebrities and TV personalities, adding all the glitz and glamour to the celebrations. From Salman Khan, Sanjay Dutt and Shah Rukh Khan to Shilpa Shetty, Shehnaaz Gill, Hina Khan and more, the Bollywood brigade sure did notch up the festive style meter at the party.

It is one of the most talked-about events in the filmland. The party also holds a special space in SRK-Salman fans as this is where the two superstars buried their old rivalry by hugging each other in 2014.
