IMS College Ghaziabad Lift Accident:
Eight students were injured – three of whom are in critical condition – after the lift of a college located near Lalkuan in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh collapsed.
This information was provided by the Uttar Pradesh Police. Some of the injured students broke their legs in this accident that took place at IMS Ghaziabad under Mussoorie police station.
Like every day, the students were still using the lift, but on Wednesday this lift suddenly broke down. At the time when the accident happened and the lift broke down, 8 students were in it, they became victims of this big accident.
SHO of Mussoorie police station said that this incident happened sometime back, but the police was not informed about it by the college, but the police itself has taken cognizance in this matter.
The SHO said that the police team has just reached the spot, out of 8 injured students, 3 are in critical condition and 5 are injured. He has been admitted to the nearby Columbia Asia Hospital and the police will investigate the matter for the time being. Only after this it will be clear how this accident happened.
