Katni (Madhya Pradesh):

In the Katni district of Madhya Pradesh, activists of Hindu organizations broke a wall erected by authorities in front of a temple inside the premises of the Katni railway station.

They also raised slogans of ‘Jai Shree Ram’ while breaking the wall. However, now the railway administration has agreed to accede to the demands of those in favour of destroying the wall in front of the temple. The railway authorities had erected a wall in front of the Shri Ram temple built in the main railway station premises. There were always demonstrations on behalf of all Hindu organizations in protest.

The temple had been hidden from public view because of the wall. Several Hindu organizations opposed the action of the Railways. A few days ago, the people of the Hindu organization had demonstrated vigorously for the removal of the wall. At that time the police and RPF also had a debate with Hindu organizations but no solution could be found.
