Security forces have got a big success in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pulwama. Security forces have killed two terrorists in an encounter.
According to reports, the slain terrorists were involved in the killing of migrant laborers. This encounter had started on Wednesday afternoon.
According to sources, the security forces had received intelligence about the presence of terrorists in the Mitrigam area of Pulwama.
Acting on this information, the security forces laid a siege to the area and launched a search operation. Seeing themselves surrounded, the terrorists started firing on the security forces, leading to an encounter.
The security forces appealed to the terrorists to surrender but they did not pay any heed and kept firing, after which the security forces had to retaliate.
Around two terrorists are still suspected to be hiding at the encounter spot. The encounter was still going on at the time of filing this report.
