Engineering courses to be offered in Hindi in Madhya Pradesh

After promising to deliver MBBS education Hindi, the Madhya Pradesh government has decided to make engineering courses bilingual as well with the motive of providing equal opportunities to Hindi medium students. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that Madhya Pradesh would be the first state in the country to offer Medical Education (MBBS) and Engineering courses in Hindi.

While addressing a program in Rewa, Chouhan said, ‘Madhya Pradesh will be the first state in the country where medical education and engineering will be taught in Hindi also. Our talented students do not get equal opportunities due to lack of expertise in the English language.

CM Chouhan resolved that after agriculture, his government would make Madhya Pradesh the number one state of India in trade and industries as well. “We have made Mukhyamantri Udyami Kranti Yojana, which is starting in April. Under this, every year at least one lakh sons and daughters will be given a loan of Rs 1 lakh to Rs 50 lakh to start their own business. Banks will give loan and the state government will take its guarantee.

The Chief Minister also announced that soon the construction of the airport at Rewa would start for which the formalities were being completed by the State Government. He said that air facilities in Rewa would be expanded. The Central Government has approved the budget for the expansion of the airport in Rewa. After completing all the formalities, we will build an airport here so that investors can come here and do the work of enriching this land.
