Ever since Ranbir-Alia tied the knot, their fans and Bollywood celebrities haven’t stopped congratulating the couple. But all the eyes are stopped when their bodyguard post for them, which is too emotional.
Alia’s bodyguard Yusuf Ibrahim and Ranbir’s bodyguard Sunil Talekar wrote genuine congratulatory posts for them.
Yusuf shared a beautiful picture posing with Ranbir and Alia and wrote, “Mubrook Mr & Mrs. Kapoor @aliaabhatt #ranbirkapoor (sic).”
Meanwhile, Sunil got emotional and wrote a sweet note with a picture featuring Ranbir and Alia. Sunil wrote, “From holding your tiny hands to seeing you as a bride I can say my heart is filled with happiness today (sic).”
Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor got married on Thursday at Ranbir’s Vastu residence in Mumbai in presence of close friends and family members. The guest list includes Karan Johar, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Ayan Mukerji, and Randhir Kapoor. The theme of their wedding was pastel and the couple donned Sabyasachi and Manish Malhotra white colour attires for the day.
Alia Bhatt took some time out from her beautiful day and shared a series of romantic photos from her wedding with a caption.
She wrote, “Today, surrounded by our family and friends, at home … in our favorite spot – the balcony we’ve spent the last 5 years of our relationship – we got married. With so much already behind us, we can’t wait to build more memories together … memories that are full of love, laughter, comfortable silences, movie nights, silly fights, wine delights, and Chinese bites. Thank you for all the love and light during this very momentous time in our lives. It has made this moment all the more special. Love, Ranbir and Alia.”
The new Mrs. Kapoor also shared a series of photos from her Mehandi function on her social media on Saturday. She captioned the post with, “The Mehendi was like something out of a dream. It was a day full of love, family, our beautiful best friends, a LOT of French fries, a surprise performance by the ladkewalas, Ayan playing DJ, a BIG surprise organised by Mr. Kapoor (my favourite artist performed my favourite songs), all followed by some happy tears and quiet, blissful moments with the love of my life. There are days… and then there are days like these!”
