Punjab has now got honest Chief Minister: Arvind Kejriwal at roadshow with Bhagwant Mann in Amritsar

Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national convenor Arvind Kejriwal and Punjab Chief Minister designate Bhagwant Mann on Sunday held a grand roadshow in Amritsar. The event comes mere three days after AAP swept the Punjab assembly polls 2022, winning 92 of 117 seats.

The roadshow in Amritsar was to thank the people of the state for entrusting AAP with a sweeping majority. The route of the roadshow was packed with party workers and supporters, who were seen holding the tricolour and AAP flags in their hands.

Talking to the people, Arvind Kejriwal said, “For the first time after so many years, Punjab has now got an honest Chief Minister. Now, all the money will be spent on Punjab and its people. We will fulfill all the guarantees and make a ‘Rangla’ and happy Punjab.”

Ahead of the roadshow, Mann and Kejriwal had visited Golden Temple, Durgiana Temple and Jallianwala Bagh memorial.

Bhagwant Mann will take oath as the Chief Minister of Punjab on March 16 at Khatkar Kalan, the native village of legendary freedom fighter Bhagat Singh.
