Chandrashekhar Tiwari to be awarded 'Pride of India award' for exceptional display of sportsmanship

New Delhi:

Chandrashekhar Tiwari, a notable social activist fr village Sambalpur has been nominated for the prestigious Pride of India Award. The award is given to a selected “101 people of various diaspora including Environmental Conservation, Educational Development, Women Empowerment, Exemplary Performance in Sports, Economics. 

Various Star Performers selected from each state from various categories will be awarded at a celebrated ceremony in New Delhi. From his district, Chandrashekhar has been picked for the honour. Chandrashekhar will be awarded for his exceptional display of sportsmanship in Baseball at international level. 

Tiwari has made the nation proud at various levels of the game. Tiwari has also made a name for himself through the social work done in various sectors which include Exceptional work during Covid-19 pandemic in education, Awareness regarding Blood Donation and Environmental Conservation as well.
