Actors Vikrant Massey and Sheetal Thakur tied the knot on Friday evening.
Vikrant and Sheetal’s wedding ceremony saw family members and close friends in attendance. Several pictures from the wedding have emerged online. On Friday, the two exchanged vows in Himachal Pradesh in a traditional ceremony.
For the special day, Vikrant chose to wear a white sherwani. On the other hand, Sheetal opted for a red bridal lehanga.
Vikrant and Sheetal, who featured together in the first season of web-series Broken But Beautiful, got engaged in a low-key roka ceremony in 2019. However, their marriage was delayed due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Vikrant and Sheetal had a haldi ceremony on Thursday, February 17. Earlier, a video from the fun haldi ceremony leaked online, and it was all things crazy. Vikrant and Sheetal were seen dancing to Priyanka Chopra’s Desi Girl, smeared head-to-toe in haldi.
Last year, in an interview with The Times of India, Vikrant said that he would have already tied the knot with Sheetal, were it not for the pandemic. On being asked if his parents were keen on him getting married, said that they were quite busy with their own lives. “Woh kehte hai ki beta shaadi pe kab aana hai buss bata dena (They tell me to just let them know when to come for the wedding),” he joked.
