: Seasonal flu is very common in winters and lasts for 3-4 days. However, people with weak immunity may take longer to get rid of the infection. Doctors have advised people to strengthen their immune systems to fight against winter infections.

Try these drinks to get rid of cold and cough in winters:

1 Ginger and Apple Cider Vinegar tea
