Uttarakhand : 4 nabbed for sheltering Pathankot blast mastermind Khalistani terrorist Sukhpreet

Police arrested four youth for alleged links to Khalistani terrorists from

Rudrapur

in the Udham Singh Nagar district of Uttarakhand on Friday night.

On Friday night, STF arrested Shamsher Singh alias Shera, Harpreet Singh, Gurpal Singh, Ajmer Singh Mand in the case of giving shelter to Khalistani terrorist Sukhpreet alias Sukh.

The police and STF as well as the intelligence agencies interrogated the four accused. During the interrogation, the four accused claimed that the main mastermind who gave shelter to the Khalistani terrorist was Shamsher Singh alias Shera. 

Khalistani terrorist Sukhpreet alias Sukh, who had taken refuge in Bajpur and Kelakheda, was in touch with Lakhveer Singh Rode, head of Pakistan-based International Sikh Youth Federation (ISYF) and Arshdeep Singh, a fugitive gangster and a member of the Khalistan Tiger Force (KTF). 

All the four accused who were allegedly harboring Khalistani terrorists were also connected with the gangster through internet/Whatsapp calling and it has been confirmed that the four were being given orders from time to time.

is the head of International Sikh Youth Federation (ISYF). It is a banned organization and was also banned in England in the year 1984. 

This Khalistani organization has been active in Pakistan ever since. The International Sikh Youth Federation (ISYF) was also involved in the grenade attack on November 11, 2021, in Pathankot. 

Six accused were arrested in this case. During the interrogation, it was revealed that Rode had a hand in the attack and they were in touch with Rode and his close friend Sukhpreet Singh. Sukhpreet Singh alias Sukh Ghumman is the one who conspired with Lakhveer Rode, an ISYF chief terrorist and fugitive gangster Arshdeep Dalla.
