KFC has been hit a controversy which has hit the global headlines. The company is the talk of the town on social media after a female customer posted a two-star review following a botched takeout order.
The female customer was shocked to find an entire chicken head – which was fully fried by the way – in a box that was supposed to only contain chicken wings.
“I found a fried chicken head in my hot wing meal, put me off the rest, ugh,”
Gabrielle,
the customer at the epicenter of the controversy, said.
The picture of the
fried chicken
head –
with beaks and shut eyes – was
shared on the Instagram and Twitter handle of Takeaway Trauma.
The takeout was ordered by the
complainant
from a KFC outlet in Feltham in the Twickenham area of London, UK.
In its response to the incident, KFC said that it was “genuinely surprised by this photo. Baffled, even”.
