Army and Civil Security Department (CSD) personnel engaged in putting the final touches to the Sandahiru Seya Stupa in preparation for its unveiling on Monday, November 18. Soldiers are completing the painting of the stupa dome with special paint made by the service personnel themselves using limestone and corals.They have been working round the clock, braving the scorching heat and intermittent showers with sheer grit and determination.
