Golden Gate Kalyani – the six lane New Kelani Bridge connecting Colombo City was vested in the public by President Gotabaya Rajapaksa and Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa today.
The bridge constructed with advanced technology is funded by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). Highways Minister Johnston Fernando, Ministers, Parliamentarians and Japanese Ambassador in Sri Lanka Mizukoshi Hiudeaki were present.
