New Delhi: Two terrorists have been killed by security forces in an ongoing encounter in Feeripora area in the Shopian district of Jammu and Kashmir, Kashmir Zone police said on Tuesday.
“01 more unidentified terrorist killed (Total 02). Operation going on. Further details shall follow,” Kashmir Zone Police tweeted.
Earlier, three terrorists were killed during an encounter in the Shopian district of Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday. The police said that incriminating arms and ammunition were also recovered from their possession.
One of three terrorists killed in the encounter in Shopian was from Ganderbal district, said Inspector General of Police (IGP) Kashmir Vijay Kumar.
