Chief Justice Jayantha Jayasuriya PC has appointed a Special Trial-at-Bar at the Colombo High Court to hear the Indictments comprising 23, 270 charges against 25 accused in connection with the Easter Sunday terror attack that took place on April 21 in 2019.
Colombo High Court Judge Damith Thotawatte has been appointed as the Presiding Judge of the panel while High Court Judges Amal Ranaraja and Navaratne Marasinghe have been appointed as the other members of the Judge panel.
