Honda starts delivery of the brand new CB200X in India

New Delhi: Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (Honda) on Tuesday announced that it has started deliveries of its new bike, CB200X.

Honda recently started shipping the CB200X motorcycles to its dealerships. The company publicized the prices of this bike last month.

Although the CB200X is a bit different in terms of placement, it is believed that being an adventure bike, it can compete with the Royal Enfield Himalayan and Hero Xpulse 200.

The new CB200X is basically built on the Hornet 2.0 platform. Some of the key features of Honda’s entry-level Adventure Touring offering include its Golden Upside Down (USD) front forks, 184cc PGM-Fi engine with PGM-Fi system, Diamond type steel frame and dual-purpose, chunky tyres. This bike looks very attractive with its straight and muscular looks.

The company has given full LED lighting package with it. Along with this, it has also been equipped with Hazard Switch feature. The body panels are wrapped around a diamond type steel frame which is derived from the Hornet 2.0 Naked Street offering.

The company claims that due to this frame, the CB200X gives ‘stable and playful handling.

At the heart of the new CB200X is a pre-advanced 184cc PGM-Fi engine with PGM-Fi system that meets BS6-complian.
