1. Fix same time for your sleep, go to sleep at the same time every night to increase the quantity and quality of your sleep. 

2. Caffeine and alcohol must be avoided as they don’t let a person sleep and makes the mind even more active.

3. Have a heavy breakfast, but dinner must be light and sober. Nothing you eat at night must be difficult to digest.

4. Don’t lie in bed awake. If you can’t fall asleep after 20 minutes, do something calming until you feel sleepy, like reading or listening to soft music.

5. Take a relaxing bath before going to bed, it will help you lose all the stress before you sleep and will definitely increase the chances of a better night.
