A soldier in a Hazmat suit accompanies an elderly pensioner who had obtained her pension to a waiting bus to be taken home. The Sri Lanka Transport Board (SLTB) and the Army conducted a joint programme islandwide to enable pensioners to travel to the nearest bank branch to withdraw their pensions amidst the travel restrictions.
