The Police, Health Officials and the Security Forces are taking stern action against those who are not complying with the health guidelines in Batticaloa.
The Police and the MoHs in Batticaloa are instructing the people to wear face masks, keep the social distance, wash hands, avoid unnecessary travelling and tours, avoid gathering and stay home.
Those who violated the health rules have been arrested.
