The Second Reading of the Colombo Port City Economic Commission Bill passed with a majority in Parliament today.
The Second Reading of the Bill was passed with 148 voting in favour and 59 voting against it.
The debate on the bill was commenced yesterday and continued for the second consecutive day today.
