1,365 more individuals recovered from COVID-19 bringing the total recoveries in the country to 104,463, the Epidemiology Unit confirmed.
According to the epidemiology unit there are only 17,985 active cases being treated in various hospitals across the country.
The total count of positive coronavirus cases found in Sri Lanka currently sits at 123,234.
The country has also witnessed 786 deaths from the virus.
