The Adhikarigoda Grama Niladhari Division in the Kalutara South Police Area declared as an isolated area with effect from 6pm today, said the Army Commander and Head of the National Operations Centre for Prevention of COVID-19 Outbreak (NOPCO) General Shavendra Silva.
