Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Rohan Premaratne has been appointed as the new Director of the Criminal Investigation Department (CID), said the Police Spokesman DIG Ajith Rohana.
The former Director of CID SSP Nishantha de Soyza has been transferred to the Crimes Division at the Police Headquarters.
