Former State Minister Ajith Mannapperuma sworn in as a Member of Parliament before Speaker of Parliament Mahinda Yapa Abeywardena.
He was sworn in to fill the vacancy left by Ranjan Ramanayake in Parliament.
The National Election Commission yesterday issued the Gazette notification announcing the appointment of Ajith Mannapperuma to the Parliamentary Seat vacated by Ranjan Ramanayake.
