The total number of recoveries from COVID-19 in the country surpasses 89,000 mark as per the Epidemiology Unit’s tally. It is at 89,090 and there are only 2,647 active cases being treated in various hospitals across the country.
The total count of positive coronavirus cases found in Sri Lanka currently sits at 92,303. The country has also witnessed 566 deaths from the virus.
