The highest number of COVID-19 patients were reported today in Sri Lanka with 976 new infections.
Accordingly, 971 COVID-19 positive cases from Peliyagoda Cluster, four from Prison cluster and one returnee have tested positive for COVID-19.
The total count of positive coronavirus cases found in Sri Lanka currently sits at 71,211 , stated the Department of Government Information.
