The total number of recoveries from COVID-19 in the country surpasses 60,000 mark as per the Epidemiology Unit’s tally. It is at 60,567 and there are only 5,510 active cases being treated in various hospitals across the country.
The total count of positive coronavirus cases found in Sri Lanka currently sits at 66,409.
The country has also witnessed 332 deaths from the virus.
