The total number of COVID-19 cases in the country surpasses 70,000 mark as per the Epidemiology Unit’s tally. It is at 70,235 and 64,141 of them have made complete recoveries. There are only 5,729 active cases being treated in various hospitals across the country. The country has also witnessed 365 deaths from the virus.
