747 more individuals recovered from COVID-19.
The total number of recoveries from COVID-19 in the country surpasses 71,000 mark as per the Epidemiology Unit’s tally. It is at 71,176 and there are only 5,599 active cases being treated in various hospitals across the country.
The total count of positive coronavirus cases found in Sri Lanka currently sits at 77,184.
The country has also witnessed 409 deaths from the virus.
