A special traffic plan is operative from today in view of rehearsals and Independence Day Celebrations.
Several roads will be completely closed and traffic on several other roads will be restricted for five days from today.
Accordingly, the roads from Borella to Nelum Pokuna will remain closed.
The vehicles travelling from Colombo to Borella will be able to travel via Union Place, Town Hall, Ward Place, Wijerama Mawatha and Horton Place.
