President Gotabaya Rajapaksa and Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa visited the Dharmapalaramaya in Mount Lavinia yesterday to extend their best wishes to Most Ven. Aggamaha Panditha Kotugoda Dhammawasa Maha Nayaka Thera of the Amarapura Chapter who marked his 88th birthday yesterday.
