The Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage and Pinnawala Zoo will be reopened from tomorrow.
The elephant orphanage and zoo were closed following the second wave of the Coronavirus.
Accordingly, these facilities would be open to local tourists on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays of the week and to foreigners on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, said the Deputy Director of the National Zoological Gardens, Renuka Bandaranaike.
