Justice Minister Ali Sabry PC yesterday instructed officials to upgrade facilities in courts and court registries to provide an efficient service to the public.
The Minister was participating in an event to distribute COVID-19 hygiene kits among lawyers at the Colombo Courts and court staffers at the Colombo District Court Complex. The kits were distributed to symbolise the recommencement of court activities following the COVID second wave.
The Minister inspected the facilities after a discussion with lawyers and court staffers.
