The total number of recoveries from COVID-19 in the country surpasses 29,000 mark as per the Epidemiology Unit’s tally. It is at 29,300 and there are only 8,150 active cases being treated in various hospitals across the country.
The total count of positive coronavirus cases found in Sri Lanka currently sits at 37,631.
The country has also witnessed 181 deaths from the virus
