The total number of recoveries from COVID-19 in the country surpasses 21,000 mark as per the Epidemiology Unit’s tally. It is at 21,258 and there are only 7,180 active cases being treated in various hospitals across the country.
The total count of positive coronavirus cases found in Sri Lanka currently sits at 28,580.
The country has also witnessed 142 deaths from the virus
