14,336 PCR tests have been conducted in Sri Lanka yesterday, the National Operation Centre for Prevention of COVID-19 Outbreak said.
According to the epidemiology unit there are only 8,131 active cases being treated in various hospitals across the country.
The total count of positive coronavirus cases found in Sri Lanka currently sits at 30,075 and 21,800 of them have made complete recoveries.
The country has also witnessed 144 deaths from the virus
