Sri Lanka Railways yesterday announced that all passenger trains scheduled for this weekend had been suspended.
Railways General Manager M.J.D.Fernando said no passenger trains would operate on any of the lines on November 21 and 22.
The decision was taken considering the current COVID-19 situation in the country.
