Showers will occur at several places in Western and Sabaragamuwa provinces and in Kandy, Nuwara-Eliya ,Galle and Matara districts, stated the Department of Meteorology.
Fairly strong gusty winds about 40kmph can be expected in North-central and North-western provinces and in Trincomalee,Mannar and Hambanthota districts and in the western slopes of the central hills.
