A Pirith chanting ceremony in connection with forthcoming 71th Army anniversary and the Army day took place yesterday evening (1) at the Army headquarters.
A gathering of more than 1000 representative all ranks were present, the Army media unit said. A ‘Heel Dana’ and ‘Sangika Dana’ to 71 monks will be held today.
