Chief of Defence Staff (CDS) and Army Commander Lt. Gen. Shavendra Silva today ordered all Army, Navy and Air Force and Civil Security Department (CSD) personnel living in Minuwangoda and Divulapitiya not to report for duties until further notice.
In addition, Tri-Forces and CDS personnel living in Gampaha were also advised not to report to work tomorrow (Oct. 05) only.
