Government MP Asanka Navarathna has raised objections to certain proposals in the draft 20th Amendment to the Constitution.
The Sri Lanka Mahajana Party member who contested and won from the Kurunegala district under the Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna said that certain articles in the proposed draft are against country.
“The 20th amendment looks like a document prepared in a hurry for someone’s personal need”, he alleged.
The MP also said that the Goverment should delay the amendment without rushing it. (NewsWire)
