The Ministry of Education has announced that all Government schools will reopen for grades 11, 12, and 13 from 27 July.
All Government schools were temporarily closed due to the COVID-19 outbreak in Sri Lanka in March.
The Ministry of Education has now decided to reopen Government schools for certain grades after taking into consideration the current situation pertaining to the coronavirus in the country.
Thereby, Government schools will reopen for grades 11, 12, and 13 on 27 July with academic activities being conducted from 7.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.
The Ministry further said all Government schools will reopen for other grades from 10 August. (Newswire)
