Bread Pudding | Cooking with Aunty D

A quick, simple dessert that you can whip up with ease in your own kitchen!




Bread 10 Slices

Eggs 8 Nos


Vanilla 1 1/2

Sugar 225g

Milk 1L

Icing Sugar


  1. Lather both sides of the bread with butter. Cut off the crusts and cut slices into half or quarter (According to preference).
  2. Place in a greased bowl.
  3. Beat egg and add vanilla and sugar. Then add milk and pour the mixture onto the bread.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes in 180 Celsius. Sprinkle liberally with icing sugar.
