Kalutara Provincial High Court Judge Wasantha Jinadasa recently sentenced three suspects in a 22-year-old double-homicide case, to death. The case is centred around the murder of man, Thudugalage Don Chandrasena, and his daughter, Thudugalage Nishanthi Sashikala, which took place on March 11, 1998.
Those convicted of the crime have been identified as Thudugalage Don Lakshman Priyankara, Thudugalage Don Ajith Priyantha, and Kaluaarchchige Somasiri.
