Ingredients:
Soy (any kind) 1 packet
Onion 1 medium
Capsicum 1 large
Ginger + Garlic 1 tbsp
Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp
Curry Powder 1/2 tsp
Pepper 1/4 tsp
Tomato 1 large
Salt 1 tsp
Milk (coconut) 1 1/2 cups
Oil 1 tbsp
Fenugreek 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves
Kalu Kudu 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Add boiling water to Soy and keep for 5 minutes. Drain afterwards.
- Heat oil and add onion, curry leaves, fenugreek, capsicum, ginger and garlic, turmeric, chilli powder, pepper, curry powder and tomato. Mix well and add coconut milk.
- Add soy and salt. Cook 3-5 minutes.
