Sri Lanka stocks surge, All Share Price Index up by 167 points

Colombo stock market’s positive momentum persists

The Colombo stock market’s positive momentum continued infusing fresh confidence to investors. The ASPI increased by 3.78% or 167.81 points to close at 4,606.85 on Monday (18). The S&P SL20 index of more liquid stocks was increased by 5.80% or 101.79 points to close at 1,857.30. Market turnover was recorded as Rs.1 billion.
