Nasi Lemak

Here’s the perfect opportunity to whip up something easy yet different in the kitchen! You simply can’t go wrong with this creamy dish of Rice for your Nasi Lemak meal.

Ingredients:

Basmati Rice 1 Cup

Maggi Coconut Milk 1 Cup

Water 1 Cup

Pandan (Rampa) 2 Leaves

Lemon Grass 3 inch

Salt 1/2 tsp

 

Method:

  1. Wash rice and place in a cooking pot
  2. Add water, Maggi Coconut Milk, water, pandan leaves, lemongrass and salt.
  3. Cover the lid and cook.
  4. When it’s boiling, remove the lid and reduce the flame. Once the boiling is over, cover the lid and cook under low flame.
