People living in areas where curfew is still in force are only allowed to go out for essential requirements on given days of the week based on the last digits of their National Identity numbers , a statement issued by the Presidential Media Division said today.
"This system was introduced with the objective of preventing congregation of people and no one can apply this system to go out of their homes in areas where curfew has been relaxed,” the statement said.
The statement said that no permission is given to anyone to enter or exit areas or villages which have been deemed high risk.
